The energetic nature

I invite you to an experience that will help you notice something you may have never consciously observed before. Watch the video, be aware of the energetics and your experience, and answer the question.

I highly recommend reading The Seeker’s Code by Donny Epstein or listening to the audiobook. He explains these ideas eloquently and illustrates them with many insightful examples.

Take few minutes to notice:

Do you feel more resourceful, creative, abundant, and open to possibilities and opportunities with your hands on your heart or with your hands extended outward?
Do you experience less resourcefulness, less creativity, more scarcity, fear, doubt, and fewer possibilities or opportunities with your hands on your heart or with your hands extended outward?

When you thought of a joyful experience in the video:

What changes in that experience when you place your hands on your heart? What changes when you extend your hands outward?

When you thought of a painful experience in the video:

How does that experience shift with your hands on your heart? How is it different when your hands are extended outward?
